Had good-sized room with single bed and fridge, and protected with smoke detectors. There were an electric kettle and fridges upon arrival. The staff seemed pretty friendly and very nice. Terrific services were available...

My stay at *1*7*4* Via Roma was absolutely amazing! The property is breathtaking and perfectly situated in a prime location. The building itself has so much character and charm. The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious and even had a balcony with a stunning view. The highlight of my experience, however, was the warm and welcoming hospitality of Claudia and her family. They made me feel right at home and served the most delicious traditional Sicilian breakfast, complete with homemade cakes by Claudia's mother. I cannot recommend this place enough and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Just a minor inconvenience to note, the plumbing in the building can be sensitive due to its historical nature. It's important to be mindful of what is placed in the toilet.

The hotel is perfectly located right in the city center, making it convenient to explore all the attractions. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the delicious homemade breakfast, particularly the chocolate and almond breakfast cake, adds a personal touch to the stay.

    No complaints, everything was satisfactory.

We loved the hotel's excellent location, which was close to the historic center of the city and walking distance from the main sites, including the train station. Additionally, the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was accommodating and friendly.

    Nothing.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in a fantastic city center location. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and had a nice, modern feel. I particularly loved the attention to detail, like the sleek and comfortable double bed. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Additionally, the location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city with great views of the bustling street below.

There were no major issues to complain about, everything was just fine.

Our romantic escape was amazing. The location of our B&B was perfect, just a few minutes away from museums and great restaurants. The soundproof rooms offered us privacy and comfort, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We loved waking up to a traditional Sicilian breakfast and the homemade cakes were delicious. The spacious rooms made our stay even more enjoyable.

The shower was a bit small and the water pressure was not strong enough for our liking. , the mattress was a bit too soft, but it did not ruin our overall experience.

Secondly, the staff were amazing, going above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms were cozy and well-maintained, with windows that overlooked a bustling street.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I had no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel was close to important tourist spots and public transportation. the service was exceptional, offering guests freshly made breakfast that was delightful and served with a smile. the rooms were clean, spacious and had excellent amenities.

One significant downside was the absence of luggage storage facilities. Checking out was early, and it would be best if guests can find their bags' secure storage.
